RP58 / 399 PMM ESP

We don’t sell ESP products. We sell ESP solutions.

A complete Reynolds artificial-lift string — pumps, gas separator, tandem seal, 399 permanent-magnet motor and sand control — engineered, machined and assembled in Texas. Scroll to descend the string.

RP58 Multistage Pump

Five RP58 pump housings, sixty-seven stages each, lift the well. Reynolds-green exterior, machined-steel internals — paint stops at the flange face.

Inside the stage

Mixed-flow impellers keyed to the shaft spin inside flush-stacked diffusers. Carbide ARM bearings every third stage hold the assembly true at 3,600 rpm. Toggle the cut to see it live.

Product · Gas Separation

Gas Separator

Screened intake, helical inducer auger and a rotary separator drum spin free gas out of the stream before it reaches the first pump stage — protecting lift efficiency in gassy wells.

Tandem Seal

Two identical seal sections — face seal, elastomer bag chamber, labyrinth — absorb thrust and isolate clean motor oil from well fluid. A tilting-pad thrust bearing rides at the top.

Product · Permanent-Magnet Motors

399 PM Motor

A 3.99" permanent-magnet motor that turns more horsepower in a slimmer string than a comparable induction motor. Five modules, splined couplings, REYNOLDS LIFT — 100% MADE IN TEXAS cast into the housing.

Rotor, stator & windings

Surface PM magnets on a solid machined rotor, SKF tapered roller bearings, copper end windings and epoxy encapsulation. The permanent-magnet rotor is why the 399 runs cooler and slimmer. Toggle the cut.

Product · Sand Protection

Sand Slayer

Bottom of the string: a passive sand-separation tool that drops solids out of the stream before they reach the pump — no power, no moving parts to wear, longer run life in abrasive wells.

Designed · Engineered · Manufactured in Texas

One string. One source.

Every component you just descended past is built under one roof in Stafford, Texas. That is what lets Reynolds tune a complete lift solution to your well instead of forcing your well to fit a catalog.
